OUR STORY
Two countries, one family, one shared obsession.
NOS means US. We were born from the union of two sister cultures —Peru and Colombia— and from the conviction that a great coffee shouldn't change flavor every time you open a bag.
That's why we cup more than 100 coffees with SCA-certified Q Graders, and blend only the best so your cup tastes just as good, always. No empty promises: real consistency, from origin to cup.
Lucía (raised among the coffee farms of Huila, Colombia) and Miguel (15 years traveling coffee origins in Peru, Colombia and the U.S.) founded NOS as a family — today our daughters Luciana, Michela and Valeria give their names to Lula's Choice, Miche's Choice and Vale's Choice.
