Our coffee from the province of Oxapampa in the department of Pasco in Peru, is a spectacular Catuai Lavado, harvested at 1,800 meters above sea level by the Tello Hoster family, with an SCA score of 86.7, this coffee shows an aroma of chocolate, almonds, and caramel and delivers a level of medium acidity and a robust body with a strong personality that delivers a long residual flavor.
PALESTINE - HUILA - COLOMBIA
The municipality of Palestine in the department of Huila is one of the favorite places for the most demanding roasters in the world. The grain from Palestine, Huila selected by us is a natural regional with 72 hours of fermentation that contains the Castillo, Borbon Rosado and Tabí varieties and was rated with 86.50 SCA points. It delivers notes of cinnamon, wood and citrus fruits, mainly lemon, lime and passion fruit, robust and round in the mouth.
