Dalila Godoy Leiva, at 58 years old, is a woman who puts effort and dedication to her coffee plot in the heights of the Marías district in Huánuco (1,758 meters above sea level) where she found in the yellow caturra and red bourbon varieties the perfect combination to give us a unique coffee with notes of honey, green apple, olive and floral touches and with a base of chocolate and toasted hazelnuts; The palate shows a light and silky body, medium-high acidity and a persistent aftertaste.

PITALITO-HUILA – COLOMBIA
For many, the municipality of Pitalito in Huila is the capital of specialty coffees in Colombia. It is no secret that the most important Arabica coffee roasters in the world are constantly looking for special coffees in Pitalito. Thanks to great childhood friends we were able to reach this spectacular coffee of the Typica variety with a washed process and extended fermentation, with an SCA score of 88.50, it gives us aromas of yellow fruits, mainly passion fruit and green grapes, in the mouth it shows an acidity similar to that of a complex white wine, a robust, round and balanced body leaving a long aftertaste.

Obtaining this blend full of floral aromas and citrus fruits was not an easy task, but we were lucky to find the contribution of two wonderful coffees that together give us a perfect balance between a subtle acidity and a round and elegant body that overflows with flavors that transport us. to the most beautiful landscapes of the Peruvian high jungle or to the magical green moors of Huila Cafetero.
